Are you Tired of Companies Pushing You to Just Sell their Plans?

James Ashford

Finding the right vision plan to offer your clients can be challenging considering all the different options available in the marketplace. Everywhere you turn, vision care companies are pushing you to “sell their stuff”.

Of course, you want to choose a vision plan that provides you with peace of mind knowing that your clients’ employees and their families are taken care of. But, what about you? What about your needs?

VCD of Oklahoma was founded on the idea that we wanted to make sure that everyone involved was taken care of. That means we pay our doctors well so that they can take care of the members. That means that we provide our members with a vision plan that’s easy to understand and provides quality care for them and their families. That also means that we take care of our Brokers who are offering our plans to their clients.

So, how does VCD of Oklahoma take care of their Brokers? I’m glad you asked!

(Roughly) 9 months ago we spent some time interviewing some of our most elite Brokers. Our goal was to gain insight and understanding of the biggest obstacles that they faced in their business daily.

We discovered that many of our Brokers struggle with (5) main areas:

  1. Finding new ways to separate themselves in the marketplace so that they stand out and can capture the attention of their perfect customer.
  2. Capturing new leads consistently so that they keep their pipeline full and avoid cold calling.
  3. Creative ways to stay in touch with their current customers to help with retention (while still focusing on new customer acquisition).
  4. How to manage open enrollment during peak season.
  5. And how to skillfully convert their opportunities into customers.

Do you relate to any of those challenges?

It was through those interviews that we discovered a huge opportunity for VCD to step up and help.

Our vision became crystal clear – “To help our Brokers grow by providing them with the tools that they need to succeed in the marketplace”.

And that’s when we launched our BRAND NEW Partner Program! A program built on PARTNERSHIP. A partnership that is focused on helping our Brokers succeed.

We are actively looking to create Partnerships with Brokers who:

  • Want to provide quality vision care plans to their clients that will take care of their employees and families.
  • Need help with their sales and marketing and would be interested in FREE sales and marketing training and support to help them capture more leads and close more new business.
  • Would like to earn FREE marketing development funds they can use to grow their book of business.
  • Are interested in working with a Senior Partner Manager that is committed and dedicated to helping them succeed.

These are just a few of the benefits that our Partner Program offers our Brokers.

Do we want you to “sell our plans” – yes. But, we are crystal clear that if we focus on helping you succeed in growing your book of business we succeed as well.

That’s a Partnership worth creating.

I’d like to invite you to join Don Railsback, CEO of VCD on a live webinar this Friday at 9:30 am CST to learn about all the benefits our Partner Program has to offer.
