We have recently expanded our LASIK Discount Network to include all of Oklahoma’s Largest LASIK Surgery Centers. With our discount with most providers, you will get a $1000 discount as a member of Vision Care Direct of Oklahoma. All providers offer this discount on LASIK, PRK, ICL, and Kamra Inlay. Benefits of Annual Eye Exams
Not only are your eyes the windows to your soul, but it turns out they are also a window to our health. 11 million Americans over age 12 need vision correction. Annual eye exams help with vision correction and can also detect health problems before they become serious. Diseases such as Diabetes, High Cholesterol, High Blood Pressure, and even certain types of cancer (along with 15 other chronic diseases) can be found during an annual eye exam.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a Standard Provider and a PLUS Plan Provider
As a PLUS Plan Member, you can see any doctor in our network, but you are entitled to EXTRA Benefits if you choose a PLUS Plan Provider. Over 85% of our network are PLUS Plan Providers. The difference is these doctors have agreed to include extra items as seen above at no additional cost to you.
How can I get a Member ID Card?
It’s simple, you can log in to your Member Portal and print it directly from there. See the section above for Member Portal. You can also call (877) 488-8900 and one of our Customer Service Representatives can send you a copy and give you your Member ID over the phone. It’s important to note, you Do Not need a card to see our providers. They have access to our online eligibility site and can locate your benefits with your first and last name as well as your Date of Birth.

I love Vision Care Direct Benefits but my doctor is not in your network. How can I get her/him added?
In the section above titled Additional resources, there is a link that will ask you to fill out a short form telling us who the doctor is and then one of our Network Development Specialist will reach out to the doctor and then circle back and let you know. We can add doctors in as little as 48 hours, but due to their patient load, it can take up to two weeks.
